How to Submit Samples
We make it easy to submit test samples and tissue specimens!
A) Request a Sample Submittal Guide and fill out the applicable Chain of Custody.
B) Follow the Submittal Guide for preparing your samples.
C) Send your sample to the lab by one of the following options:
1.) Drop off at one of our locations
2.) Request a sample pickup, or
3.) Send through the mail!
That's it! We'll take it from there! We'll let you know when we've started processing your samples.
